On pre-printed lottery tickets, gamblers mark 6 out of 49 numbers and hand the ticket into a lotto sales outlet. Six balls are drawn twice a week out of 49 balls, which are printed with the numbers 1-49. These drawings are broadcasted on public television. Winnings are paid over time and cannot be immediately bet again.
